Ice-breaker (Jump & War Cry), Hydration and light stretching.

Walk to Start Line
MC opening speech. VIP Client’s message delivery. Official event photos taken.
Participants move to the designated starting area, accompanied by Chai Yam Drum
6:00 AM—RACE START: 80km Cycling LegOfficial countdown and mass start (40 participants). Race clock starts.
06:00 AM – 10:30 AM4.5 hoursCycling Leg in Progress (3.5mn/km)Rehydration Stations: Set up every ~20km (e.g., at 20km, 40km, 60km).
Stations provide water, isotonic drinks, and bananas and first aid kit box. Safety: Motorcycle marshals patrol the route.
10:30 AM—Cut-Off 1: Cycling LegAll cyclists must have completed the 80km course and entered the Transition Area (T-Zone).
Sweeper vehicle begins final collection.

Participants dismount at the Mount Line, rack their bikes, change shoes, and grab nutrition for the run.
Participants start their Leg 2 (Run) without waiting for a mass start.
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM3.00 hoursRunning Leg in Progress (9mn/km)Last Rolling as participants exit the T-Zone and Start Line officially closed.
Rehydration Stations: Set up every ~5km (e.g., at 5km, 10km, 15km).
Stations include cold water, ice sponges, and medical first aid kit on standby.
2:00 PM—Cut-Off 2: Running Leg & FinishAll participants must finish the 20km run.
The Finish Line is officially closed.
10:30 AM – 2:00 PM3.5 hoursFinish Line Recovery & RefreshmentsAs participants finish, they receive finisher medals, recovery snacks (fruit, local snacks), water, and a massage/stretching area by Mad Monkey (TBA).
2:00 PM15 minAwards Ceremony & CelebrationAnnounce and present awards for the top finishers. Acknowledge all participants and volunteers. Brief address from the event organizer and VVIP guest speech.
2:20 PM15 minTransition Area Clearance & Event ConclusionParticipants must collect their belongings from the T-Zone.

2:30 PM—Official Event EndVenue cleanup begins.

Event Briefing: The briefing will be done the day before at the client’s hotel, TV 65″ arranged by SAM INSPIRE
Safety First (Heat): The 06:00 AM start is crucial. By 11:00 AM, the heat and humidity will be high.
Angkor Park Regulations: All routes, checkpoints, stations, stage, marketing collateral production are subject to the approval of the APSARA Authority (the governing body for Angkor Park)
Volunteers: For 40 participants, there will be at least 50 dedicated volunteers for Rehydration Stations, T-Zone management, and route marshaling.
Timing and tracking: Mobile application arranged as per requested
Emergency Plan: A detailed plan for medical emergencies, including a dedicated ambulance and communication protocol with local hospitals, is non-negotiable.
Winners: There will be three Winning teams (First, Second, Third Place), Received Champion Cup, and all finishers Received Fisher Medal.
