Partnering with Vietnam-based ENT GLOBAL MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED, our team delivered comprehensive destination management and event services to ensure a flawless, world-class experience for all attendees.
Setting the Stage for Success
A premium event requires a premium atmosphere. Our dedicated event team—comprising an event lead, an event coordinator, and two event executives—managed the complete venue setup and production logistics.
To visually anchor the room, we provided custom production elements, including a large 4m x 3.6m backdrop and strategic X-stand placements. To ensure crystal-clear audio and an inviting ambiance, our technical crew installed a full stage, sound, and lighting system. This included active EV subwoofers, wireless podium microphones, and a dynamic lighting rig featuring moving heads and Parcan lights.
Seamless Hosting & Cultural Elegance
The evening’s program flowed perfectly thanks to our professional bilingual MC, Vivian, who guided the two-hour dinner reception in both Khmer and English.
A major highlight of the night was the integration of local Cambodian heritage into this international gathering. Guests were treated to a captivating traditional Apsara dance, featuring five talented dancers who brought a beautiful, narrative-driven cultural touch to the stage.
