To what he has noticed through his 15 years of life in office. People spend at least one hour before they get ready to start the first work. The excuse of turning on the computer or working tools taking time, does not mean anything now in this Industry 4.0 age. Yet the energy recharging and refreshing. In this scenario, a positive energizer plays crucial role in the organization leading to an invigorated and enlivened company.

Sam known as education change influencer. On the long journey he was striving to gain education and pass on to his communities with impressive success. Sam is proudly acknowledged the way he has been doing is the right way. Therefore, in whatever his activities are, educating, and knowledge sharing are enclosed.

From the experiences he got and the result he gains in his self-development, Sam got overwhelming support from both his communities and the outer world. The infamous souvenirs from the genocidal regime of Khmer Rouge is the destruction to both humanity and public infrastructure resources. SamRong village where a young boy Samnang was living in, had also one of the most devastated suffering impact. With only limited remaining resources left Samnang could only did his primary school.
Due to the unavailable educational infrastructure around his village, Samnang had mobilized to live with the monks for his capital development. During the three years he could continue his high school, other social studies, and the dreamed skill which was ENGLISH.
For almost two decades, Sam has been a noteworthy leader in the event and travel space. A renowned travel and event industry expert, Sam co-founded a growing company and served as a Managing Director but he decided to leave that company due to the pandemic. Sam can also be credited with contributions to the societies through his social conscious company and Non-profit organization, Angkor Kids Center.
Samnang known as a truly committed social entrepreneur has been honored with recognition as the hero back to his community. He currently resides in Siem Reap, Angkor, Cambodia.
